At Só Reformer, we’re reimagining what a Pilates studio can be. Our goal is simple: to be the most welcoming and innovative space for Reformer Pilates, where every single person feels at home.

Our classes are designed for all demographics — from athletes and sports teams chasing performance, to parents fitting in fitness around a busy day, to those looking for gentle movement and strength as they age.

🌿 Gentle / Foundations

Restore – Gentle reformer session focusing on mobility, posture, and joint health. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone easing back into movement.

Active Age – Specially designed for 60+ to improve balance, flexibility, and confidence in movement.

Foundations – An introduction to Reformer Pilates, teaching the basics of core engagement, alignment, and safe technique.

• Flow – A balanced, energising workout that combines strength, flexibility, and controlled movement. Great for all levels.

• Sculpt – Strength and toning class targeting arms, legs, and core for a lean, strong body.

• Sculpt & Strengthen – A dynamic mix of reformer resistance and strength training to push your limits. • Energise – Quick, efficient 45-min session designed for busy schedules (perfect after school drop-off or lunch break).

⚡ High Intensity / Performance

•Dynamic – Fast-paced reformer cardio with powerful transitions. Builds stamina, sweat, and energy.

• PowerForm – Strength-driven, high-intensity workout using heavier springs for explosive results.
